Legal Compliance for Theatre Analytics

User License:

a. The application owner is entitled to receive two user accounts for the SanjAI application.
b. Additional user accounts may be purchased according to the pricing plan specified by the company.

Data Security:

a. The data generated and stored by the SanjAI application is secured by the company using industry-standard security protocols.
b. The company ensures the confidentiality and integrity of the data but is not liable for any breaches resulting from user negligence or third-party actions.

Hardware Ownership:

a. All hardware installed on site for the operation of the SanjAI application is owned and maintained by the company.
b. The company is responsible for the repair and replacement of hardware due to normal wear and tear or defects.

Payment Terms:

a. Payment for the application subscription is due between the 1st and 10th of each month.
b. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of service.
c. The payment amount and methods are specified in the subscription agreement.

Usage Restrictions:
a. The SanjAI application is intended solely for business purposes related to cinema operations.
b. Unauthorized use of the application for personal or non-business activities is prohibited.

Internet Requirements:
a. The cinema property management team is responsible for providing a stable internet connection with a static IP address.
b. The application requires a reliable internet connection for real-time data transmission and analytics.

Power Supply and Electrical Wiring:
a. The cinema property management team is responsible for ensuring proper electrical wiring and an uninterrupted power supply to the hardware.
b. Any power-related issues impacting the performance of the SanjAI application are the management team's responsibility.

Service Level Agreement (SLA):
a. The company commits to a 99.9% uptime for the SanjAI application, excluding scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances beyond the company's control.
b. Any downtime exceeding the SLA will be compensated as per the terms outlined in the subscription agreement.

Maintenance and Support:
a. The company provides regular maintenance and updates to ensure the smooth functioning of the SanjAI application.
b. Technical support is available during business hours to address any issues or queries related to the application.

Data Privacy and Compliance:
a. The company adheres to relevant data privacy laws and regulations to protect user data.
b. Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding data use and privacy.

Termination and Suspension:
a. The company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the application in case of violation of these terms and conditions.
b. Users may terminate their subscription by providing 30 days' written notice.

Limitation of Liability:
a. The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the SanjAI application.
b. The company's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the application in the last six months.

Amendments:
a. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
b. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the application.

Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the company is registered.
b. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Acceptance of Terms:
a. By using the SanjAI application, users agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
b. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms and conditions.
